My love affair with the Gulf Coast started in 1981 with my first trip to this paradise.  From that moment on I knew where I wanted to retire and my vacation spot was set for me the rest of my adult life.  Thirty years later that love affair has not dwindled or faded in the least.  My better half Paula and I have invested here on the beach since 1997 and we are very proud to offer our homes/condos to you in order for you to enjoy the beach as we have these many years.   Whether it is your first experience with Panama City Beach or the 100^th, we strive to make every vacation a very memorable one for all visitors.  We are not absentee owners… we are involved with every detail of our properties and take your satisfaction to a very personal level.  You do not deal with commissioned agents… you deal directly with the owners.  In addition we have moved our family to the area in preparation for our retirement and we take great pride in offering some of the best values on the beach for your vacation or extended stay.
